Grand Escape Cottages, located at the east end of Grand Avenue in historic Grand Lake Village, offers 12
cottages of
various sizes to accommodate your family and friends. The
cottages are conveniently located one half block from the lake, beach and public boat docks. Additionally, restaurants, gift shops, groceries and a pharmacy are within walking distance. |

Grand Lake is the West Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and offers a variety of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing and hiking. Additionally, Grand Lake offers live theatre six nights a week, unique shops and a miniature golf course
that's fun for the whole family. |

Reservation Deposits |
|
A check or credit card for 50%
of the rate for total nights reserved must be received within 5 days
of making the reservation (unless there is not enough time). Upon
arrival, the balance of the rent must be paid in full. All cottages
are Non-Smoking and No Pets are allowed. We charge a 3% cleaning
fee.
Rates are $89.00 to $299.00 |

Cancellation Policy |
|
All deposits are nonrefundable
unless a cancellation is made 30 days in advance
of arrival. A $39.00 service charge will be deducted from all refunds. If after arriving you need to shorten your stay you will be charged for the full time you reserved. Sorry no exceptions! Late cancellations (less than
30 days) or a no-show forfeits the deposit in its entirety. |
